A New Dimension of Thermal Comfort - Intelligent Programmable Thermovalve

To meet the rapidly growing market demands, we have created an advanced, dual-channel programmable thermovalve. This innovative device provides precise and independent temperature control for different areas of the body during demanding dives.

Two Independent Power Outputs

Body Channel: Operated by a thick, high-performance cable

Hands Channel: Operated by a thin cable

Factory Heating Maps

4 predefined maps optimizing body heating

5 ready-made presets tailored to hand thermals

Full Voltage Personalization

Want to perfectly match the system to your heated undersuit? Change the voltage values yourself!

Example configuration for a Kwark undersuit:  Body: 6V / 8V / 10V  Hands: 8V / 10V / 12V

You can find the configuration table and a step-by-step instructional video in the "Gallery"

Any custom values can be programmed upon returning the device to the manufacturer

Intuitive LED Signaling

The built-in LED informs you about the selected map

Flashes indicate the active map and preset

Clear visual communication of the current device setting

Why did we replace the popular E/O connector with W/O?

Drawbacks of the E/O connector:

The E/O connector exhibits several significant drawbacks that negatively affect its effectiveness and reliability:

Poor durability of connections:

The connector is characterized by low durability, allowing only 200 to 500 connections depending on the manufacturer. Such a limited number of connection cycles can lead to rapid wear of the connector and the need for frequent replacement.

Low current capacity:

The connector is limited in conducting current, allowing only currents ranging from 10-13A. Therefore, it should not be used for applications requiring the transmission of higher currents, as it may lead to connector overheating or damage.

Lack of locking mechanism - unplugging:

The connector lacks a locking mechanism, which can result in accidental unplugging due to pulling or vibrations. The absence of this feature makes it difficult to maintain a stable connection, especially in conditions where mechanical movements are present.

Too thin wires:

Manufacturers typically use thin wires (1-1.2mm²), causing voltage losses and excessive heating of the cable when transmitting higher currents.

Advantage:

Possibility of underwater connection - e.g., changing the battery.

W/O cord:

The connector has several significant advantages that make it an attractive and functional solution in many applications:

High durability of connections:

The connector stands out for its high durability, utilizing high-quality gold-plated RCA connectors allowing for over 500 connections without loss of quality or performance. Such long-term functionality ensures a stable and reliable connection over an extended period.

High current capacity:

The connector is characterized by high current capacity, allowing for the transmission of currents exceeding 20A. This makes it ideal for applications requiring heavy current loads, ensuring uninterrupted operation even under high current intensities.

Locking mechanism - no unplugging:

The connector is equipped with a nut that prevents accidental unplugging. This solution enhances the stability of the connection, protecting it from mechanical disturbances and accidental disconnection.

Appropriate wires:

Very durable polyurethane cable with flexibility down to -30°C and a copper lines with cross-section of 2 x 1.5mm² have been utilized, ensuring adequate current performance.

Drawback:

Lack of underwater connection capability:

The connector is dry and sealed, making it unsuitable for underwater connection. This limits its use in cases where changing the battery is necessary. Of course, in case of risk, it is possible to disconnect it. It is recommended in such cases to disconnect the battery to avoid corrosion of the socket. The connector is vacuum-sealed, providing protection against water.

Why don't we offer just the connectors (without cables)?

To ensure high quality and safety, the connectors are vacuum-sealed.

Why doesn't the AMONITE battery default to work with the thermal valve?

AMONITE batteries have built-in additional electronics that detect load. The thermal valve itself does not generate the required load to activate the battery. Therefore, a separate cable to the charging socket is required to bypass the electronics.
